Clean twin room with decent breakfast options. Good location on the seafront in a quieter area.
Heating unreliable with issues starting on Friday and bathrooms cramped. No extra light by the dressing table, and the shower had inconsistent temperatures. No hot water in the morning and water bottling was chargeable after initial complimentary offer.

A warm welcome awaits you
Upon arrival, we were greeted with a refreshing cup of tea, which instantly. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with smoothie options and an abundance of choices that catered to everyone's taste. The view from our room was fine, and the location was both peaceful and conveniently close to tram stops.
Unfortunately, the shower had inconsistent temperature controls. Though it wasn't a major issue, it did detract from an otherwise excellent stay.

The breakfast options were great, with a nice variety available. I found the shower temperature inconsistent and the bathroom a bit cramped, which could use some improvement. A pleasant place for a short stay.

The breakfast was the best I've had, and the hosts were super friendly. We explored nearby attractions like North Shore Golf Club. The tram stop right outside made getting around easy. Highly recommend if you're looking for a fun getaway!
Unfortunately, the shower was not powerful enough, a bit annoying.
